Spec Homes and New Developments

This type of Interior Design involves new construction or full house remodel.  We specialize in working with Architects, Home Builders, Contractors and Homeowners from the initial design concept until the final result.  Our specification design phase includes the following services and items:

  • Architectural Drawings: Floor Plans, Elevations, Flooring Plans and Transitions

  • Renderings

  • 3D Perspective Drawings

  • Tile Designs and Selections

  • Cabinetry Designs and Selections

  • Finish Schedule and Selections

  • Digital Color Boards

  • All specifications for the home, including: Plumbing, Lighting, Appliances, Hardware, etc.

Following the completion of the initial Design Phase, we specialize the managing the project through completion.

Whole House Remodel

This type of Interior Design includes a full remodel of a space that needs architectural design help. The most desired spaces to remodel are typically Kitchens and Bathrooms.  Our expertise can ensure that you achieve the biggest bang for your buck.
