This Mid-century revival home, located in the Central Corridor in Phoenix, was given new life with an extensive remodel. The remodel included a new kitchen with terrazzo counter tops and the preservation of the home's existing character - the stainless steel back splash and pink appliances - but modernized with fun accessories and open shelving. The kitchen nook was made into a banquette with seating. The living room and dining room were updated with new furnishings and fun artwork. The master bedroom was redone with new linens, furniture and upholstery. All of the bathrooms in the house had original tile, which was preserved and highlighted by accenting with a fun, retro-inspired wall stencil.
